What's your MOQ?
MOQ depends on the SKU. Most in-catalog items ship from 3,000–5,000 pcs. Custom OEM runs typically start at 5,000 pcs per SKU because of tooling amortisation. We can quote lower MOQ for a first trial order — ask.
Can I mix SKUs to hit the MOQ?
Yes. Mixed cartons within the same product family are welcome. Mixing across radically different product types (e.g., candy toy + hard candy) is possible but may add per-carton packaging cost.
How long from PO to shipment?
Existing SKUs: 25–35 days. New tooling: 55–70 days including sample approval. We share a Gantt after PO confirmation and update weekly.
Do you make samples?
Yes. Existing-SKU samples are free (buyer covers courier). Custom-tooled samples carry a nominal tooling deposit that we refund against the first mass production order.
What payment terms do you accept?
30% T/T deposit on PO confirmation, 70% before shipment. LC at sight negotiable at scale. Trade Assurance and Alibaba PayLater supported for smaller trial orders.
Can you handle export documentation?
Yes — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and any destination-market conformity declaration (EN71, ASTM F963, CPSIA, FDA) issued in-house. Freight forwarding on FOB / CIF / DDP terms.
Which markets do you already ship to?
North America, Latin America (Mexico, Brazil, Chile), the EU (Germany, France, Poland, Italy), the UK, the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia), Australia, and most of Southeast Asia.
What if I hold my own IP or licence?
Bring your artwork, brand book and licence agreement — we produce under it. We ask for a copy of the licence so our team can verify scope with the licensor if needed.
Do you support private-label / white-label?
Yes. Your brand on box, hang-card, insert leaflet, and regulatory notices localised per market. See the OEM & Custom page for details.
How do returns / defects work?
Every export lot goes through AQL 2.5 sampling. Documented major defects above the accepted AQL are replaced free of charge with the next order or credited on the current invoice.
