MANUFACTURING

Candy and toys, made on the same floor.

Our Chaozhou facility integrates confectionery lines, toy molding, packaging and export logistics under one operational umbrella. The result: fewer hand-offs, tighter QC and faster time-to-market for buyers.

Meiyijia production line

What we do in-house

Six capabilities that together let us take a product from concept to container.

Dual-line production

Parallel candy and toy production lines under one roof — an unusual capability that lets us bundle food and toy in a single SKU without third-party assembly.

In-house tooling

Injection molds, blister trays and hang-card dies developed on site. From concept sketch to first sample typically takes 15–25 days.

High-throughput lines

Automated depositing, cooling tunnels, and multi-head packaging deliver millions of pieces per month at consistent weight and portioning.

In-line QC

Metal detection, weight verification, seal integrity and visual defect gates at each stage of the line — not just at the end.

Food-grade workshops

Positive-pressure clean workshops with GMP-style discipline for all confectionery lines.

Flexible packaging

Blister, hang-card, gift box, PDQ display, mixed cartons — MOQ friendly for buyers testing new markets.

From brief to container

A typical OEM run moves through these five stages. Cycle time depends on tooling — expect 8–14 weeks for a new mold, 3–5 weeks for reorders.
