QUALITY & SAFETY

Safe on the shelf. Safe in kids' hands.

Candy toys sit at the intersection of two of the most regulated product categories on earth — food and children's toys. Here's the QC and compliance work we do so that our buyers can pass their retail audits and their kids' parents can trust the box.

Food-grade materials only

All candy contact surfaces use FDA / EU food-contact-approved resins and inks. Toys and food are physically separated in packaging so kids can't confuse them.

Child-safety design

No small-parts risk on age-3+ SKUs; magnets pull-tested; sharp-edge audits; button-cell batteries in locked compartments.

Third-party lab testing

Batch samples tested at SGS / Intertek / BV for the destination-market standard before shipment. Reports shared with the buyer on request.

In-line QC gates

Metal detection, weight verification, seal integrity and visual defect gates at each stage of the line — not just an end-of-line audit.

Pre-shipment inspection

AQL 2.5 sampling on every export lot. Buyer-appointed inspectors welcome; photos and video walkthroughs on request.

Full documentation

COO, commercial invoice, packing list, MSDS where applicable, and destination-market conformity declarations issued in-house.

Standards we work to

Not every SKU carries every certification — we route each product to the standards its destination market needs.
